American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN requiring 2 recent years of cath lab experience and ARRT certification for a Level 1 trauma facility.

Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a Level 1 trauma hospital
-
Perform STEMI, Shock, VAD, ECMO, and Structural Heart procedures
-
Utilize Phillips imaging equipment with new Siemens imaging equipment being added
-
Document in Epic and use Xper hemodynamic system
-
Day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (40 hours)

Active RN license (Oklahoma State or multistate compact eNLC) required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required
-
Minimum of 2 recent years of Cath Lab experience required

Stepdown/PCU experience required
-
ARRT certification required
-
Prior travel nursing experience required

Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients including monitoring, medication administration, and IV/blood product management

Assist physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures

Communicate care plans with patients and families, including discharge planning

Delegate tasks to support staff as needed

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position

Facility maintains strict compliance deadlines and will not allow push starts
-
Travelers must be booked at least 4 weeks from time of offer to accommodate compliance requirements

Returning workers limited to one extension up to 26 total weeks, followed by a required 6-month separation before reapplying
