Monday-Friday 6:45am - 4:00pm.

Must live local, have reliable transportation and pass drug test/background.- ALL NEW EQUIPMENT! Zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws, trucks, tractors, trailers, etc.
- Maintain Large open areas within the community
- Maintain hike and bike trails
- Seasonal maintenance including tree trimming, trash removal, creek bed clean up
- Weather-related property clean up
- Weather days spent cleaning equipment to ensure operational
- Ability to work outside year round and lift pounds
