Courtyard by Marriott, La Crosse, WI is currently searching for outgoing, friendly Guest service agents to join our front desk team! Full time and part time positions available. This busy Downtown hotel is right on the banks of the Mississippi river. Come join our team for a rewarding and challenging job connecting with guests to ensure that they have a wonderful stay!
The ideal candidate will genuinely want to provide an excellent experience for our guests. The duties include checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering and transferring phone calls, making guest reservations, transporting guests via shuttle within a limited area, and assisting guests with requests, local information, and recommendations.
Previous hotel experience preferred, customer service and cash handling experience a must. We are hiring for first and second shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm,
