Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager
- Establish and nurture strong connections with both prospective and current customers through engaging and professional interactions.
- Share information about AT&T Fiber products, service capabilities, and promotional offerings to help customers better understand their options.
- Support new customers throughout the registration process, including account creation, service activation, and onboarding activities.
- Evaluate customer preferences and usage requirements to present connectivity solutions that best fit their needs.
- Document customer communications, account updates, and service-related activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work alongside colleagues to support market expansion efforts, customer acquisition initiatives, and team performance objectives.
- Take part in coaching sessions, skill-building workshops, and leadership development opportunities designed to support long-term career growth.
