The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication and customer service skills, and have an ability to prioritize daily tasks. This is a small office, as such you must be able to adapt and wear many hats as needed.
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities:
Client Communications
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Confirm scheduled installations
- Help with non sales related client communications as needed
- Facilitate client vehicle drop off and pick up
- Support client relationships by following up on completed jobs, asking for reviews and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Duties
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Document policies and procedures as they are developed
Billing/Payments
- Send invoices
- Receive Payments and deposits
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Book keeping and accepting payments
- Proficient in Google Suite. RingCentral, ZOHO CRM and Windows 10/11
- Able to adapt to new software as it is introduced
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone

Base Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
