What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Repair or replace machine components and test equipment for proper operation.
- Complete maintenance work orders using the MaintainX maintenance management system.
- Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and other protective equipment.
Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday
- Overtime available based on business needs
