F&M Trust is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Financial Services Representative to join our team at the Mont Alto Community Office. As a Senior FSR, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their financial needs through exceptional service, accurate transaction processing, and personalized banking solutions. This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week.

Provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of teller and account service functions

Develop strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate products and services

Open, service, and maintain consumer deposit accounts

Assist with business account services and operational transactions

Handle advanced customer inquiries and banking requests professionally

Support branch efficiency through compliance with policies and procedures

Act as a knowledgeable resource for coworkers and promote teamwork

Contribute to branch service and business goals

Enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed financially

Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy

Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Has previous banking, financial services, or related experience preferred
