Oakmont Capital Services (OCS), a growing 25-year-old equipment finance company, is seeking a receptionist/administrative professional to add to its current staff. We provide commercial financing products to customers throughout the country. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support our growth. JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide confident communication and customer service to our Vendors, Customers and potential customers by promptly answering their calls with a sense of importance, greeting them with a friendly voice and transferring them in a timely and accurate manner. The Receptionists also assist with miscellaneous office logistics and help other departments with various tasks/projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for promptly answering incoming phone calls and transferring the caller to the appropriate department
- Assist with mail/Fedex/UPS retrieval and distribution along with reviewing/distributing incoming emails to our general mailbox.
- Review/file Remote Online Notary Power of Attorney documents needed for Funding
- Assist with filing UCC’s with the appropriate jurisdiction
- Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position
- Maintains a working knowledge of all legal and compliance issues as they pertain to this position
- Cross trains with other departments to be able to help in other areas
- Responsible for any other additional tasks/functions as assigned by Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma
- CLFP designation is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a variety of people.
- Possess time management skills-Ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, basic computer skills and proficiency on keyboard are required.
