Southern Home Care Agency is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment, and committed to providing excellent administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining confidential records
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties
- Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and staff
- Assist with scheduling and office organization
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional phone and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous administrative or healthcare office experience is preferred
