We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable Dining Assistant Lead to support our memory care community during dinner service. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, works well in a team, and brings positivity to every shift.
Schedule:

Part-time

Every other weekend

Rotation of holidays
Responsibilities:
-
Serve meals to Independent, Assisted living and residents with Memory loss in a timely, friendly, and respectful manner

Work with Medication Assistant for diabetic meal requirements

Ensure dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and stored properly
-
Follow all sanitation and infection control procedures
-
Help create a warm, home-like dining atmosphere that supports residents’ comfort and dignity

Communicate with Chefs regarding meal substitutions, or special requests
-
Maintain a clean, organized dining area

Ensure each resident receives the best dining experience
Qualifications:

Friendly, patient, and dependable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in food service or senior care is a plus—but not required
