You do not need previous sales experience to apply. In fact, we focus on training people who are brand new to sales and helping them become confident, professional sales representatives.
If you are coachable, reliable, and willing to put in the work, we will teach you the process.
Paid Training Provided
We provide hands-on paid training so you can learn the role before being expected to perform on your own.

Position Overview
We are hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to speak with homeowners about residential solar options.
This is a field-based role where you will work in assigned neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to solar, and help set appointments for homeowners interested in learning more.
You are not expected to come in as an expert. We provide the training, structure, and support.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce residential solar options in a professional way
- Help identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more
- Set appointments for qualified homeowners
- Follow a simple daily sales process
- Attend training and team meetings
- Represent Sales Syndicate and our partner companies professionally

Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with paid training.
