Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position include:
- Current & active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR Card (obtained in-person, not online)
- Completion of a TB screening annually
- Clean criminal background check(Fingerprint)
- Previous home care/ nursing home experience preferred
- At least one year of LPN or RN experience preferred
LPN Job Duties
- Maintaining and building relationships with client's and their families
- Communicate with office staff
- Perform supervisory visits/ follow-up visits in client's home.
