Guideline Geo, the North American distributor for Reutech Mining, is expanding its presence across the region and is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in our slope monitoring solutions business.
With a 20-year presence in the mining market and a strong installed base, we are well-positioned to meet increasing demand for advanced mine safety and slope stability solutions. Our offering combines proven technology with a critical application in modern mining operations.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow revenue across North & Central America (Canada to Panama)
- Develop relationships with mining operators, geotechnical teams, and key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Generate new business through direct outreach and industry events
- Collaborate closely with operations and service team in Tooele, Utah
Profile:
- Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within mining or related industries
- Background selling in-person and virtually
- Ability to engage with both technical and operational stakeholders
- Track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel across the region
- Spanish speaker is a plus
Location: North America (home office will be either Denver or Salt Lake City area preferred)
Travel: Regional travel required, 50%
Compensation: Guideline Geo provides an attractive commission program in addition to the stated base salary, benefits, and paid vacation
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
