The paralegal will perform a wide variety of tasks which includes providing a high level of customer service and support, while consistently producing an excellent work product. The paralegal maintains general knowledge of the Litigation practice groups and a specialized knowledge of the assigned attorneys’ practice area(s) and clients in order to ensure extraordinary client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Three to five years of substantive experience in defense products liability

Experience with scheduling

Previous trial experience
-
Knowledge of Federal and State court rules

Previous experience tracking and recording billable hours

Experience with legal software desired (i.e. Xera, Relativity)

Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
