About the Role:
Our FOH Manager position is open!
Manager days are from 12pm until 9:30pm, with a one hour break in between.
Weekly pay every Thursday!
100% OFF shift meal under $40!
Requirements:
The Madness is looking for a FOH Manager who is FULLY ENGAGED, dedicated to TEAMWORK and come to work every day with a GREAT ATTITUDE.
We are looking for the following:
- Excellent Guest service skills
- Must be available on weekends and holidays. Sundays needed every week.
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to take payment and give change (cash handling)
- Fast and accurate ticket reading ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced, quality driven environment
- Ability to connect with guests
- Ability to learn menu items and specials
- Communicates with team members, management and guests in a positive manner
- At least 1 year of serving experience
- At least 1 year of bartending experience
