What You'll Do

Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls
-
Assist with troubleshooting heating and cooling equipment

Diagnose common system issues with support from senior technicians

Perform repairs and component replacements
-
Complete system inspections and preventative maintenance

Educate homeowners on equipment condition and maintenance recommendations

Maintain accurate service documentation

Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Qualifications
-
1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred
-
EPA Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Strong troubleshooting mindset

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Good communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

HVAC trade school education

Experience performing maintenance or installation work

Familiarity with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systems

Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software
-
NATE Certification
