The Premier Group is currently looking for apprentice and journeyman Concrete Carpenters to join our team to work on various commercial projects located in Tremonton, UT. 1+ years of experience required. Responsibilities:
- Form setting with various types of forms
- Setting footers
- Concrete pouring
- Molding expansion joints and edges
- Rod busting
- Work with blueprints, specifications, and drawings (not required)
- Inspect work to ensure conformity to specifications and work schedule
- Applying waterproofing and sealant to protect concrete
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace
- Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
Requirements of the Concrete Carpenters of all levels:
- 1+ years of concrete carpentry experience required
- Must be okay with labor work
- Experience with or willingness to learn welding
- Basic hand tools for apprentices, hand and power tools for journeyman level
- Experience operating power tools
- Ability to read a tape
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to problem solve construction issues
