We're looking for a Full-Time Bather to work Monday-Thursday at our Cascade location (5925 28th St SE)
What will you do?
- Bathe, dry and brush dogs to meet the high standards of our groomers in fast-paced environment
- Perform minor grooming tasks including ear-cleaning, oral hygiene, and basic nail trimming
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Continually develop an understanding of dog behaviors and tendencies
- Understand and ensure compliance with our standards of care to ensure safety and well-being of the pets in our care is always a top priority
- Maintain a sense of ownership in your work, a focus on finding solutions and a strong attention to getting it right the first time
- Be coachable, solution focused and flexible
- Always be dependable and reliable
- Support and relate to your colleagues and management with a “We are all ONE TEAM” attitude
What are we looking for?
- Compassionate animal lover
- Comfortable working with small and large breeds
- Effective communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. to place pets in/out bathing tubs and on/off grooming tables
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
We offer a competitive hourly pay starting at $15.00 per hour, plus tips. Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications.
