Sunline Global is seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our daily transportation and terminal operations. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills while working closely with drivers, dispatch, and terminal personnel. The position involves both office and outdoor work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk for drivers.
- Check in drivers and provide required paperwork.
- Review the daily operational plan and prepare documents in advance.
- Update shipment commodities when information is missing from orders.
- Coordinate and assign work to forklift operators.
- Provide support for Southbound (SB) order coordination.
- Assist both Northbound (NB) and Southbound (SB) operations.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or higher education required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
