Street Sales Representative – Surf Lessons | Waikīkī

Location: Waikīkī / Ala Moana, Honolulu
Pay: $20–$30 commission per surf lesson sold
Schedule: Four-hour shifts, five to seven days per week; flexible morning and daytime scheduling.
SFC Surf School is looking for an outgoing, reliable sales representative to promote and sell surf lessons around Waikīkī. This is an active, outdoor position for someone comfortable approaching visitors, starting conversations, and turning interest into bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Walk designated areas of Waikīkī and engage tourists and visitors.
- Explain our surf lessons, answer questions, and close bookings.
- Process reservations and payments using FareHarbor POS.
- Represent SFC Surf School professionally, respectfully, and responsibly.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and remain sober and unimpaired throughout every shift.
- Coordinate with our team to confirm lesson availability and customer details.
Requirements:
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable with cold sales.
- Able to use FareHarbor POS or quickly learn the system.
- Reliable transportation to and from Waikīkī.
- Comfortable walking and working outdoors for approximately four hours.
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Available for morning or daytime shifts.
- Sales, hospitality, tourism, or surf-industry experience is a plus.
