Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager owns the heartbeat of our operations: inventory, order fulfillment, and event logistics. We're looking for a hands on warehouse manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operation. You’ll ensure seamless operations across our warehouse, e-commerce, and live events (tours/pop-ups), balancing meticulous organization with the agility needed in our industry. This person will be a key part of a dynamic team scaling quickly and will play a crucial role in maintaining quality, speed and organization as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Develop and execute warehousing & inventory strategies to improve inventory turns and storage costs efficiency.
- Lead warehouse & inventory strategy — improve inventory turns, storage cost efficiency, and aged/idle inventory reduction using order analytics
- Build and maintain a warehouse SOP handbook - updated quarterly and audited for adherence.
Inventory Management
- Oversee end-to-end inventory processes: receiving, storage, cycle counts, and audits.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using inventory management tools between our ERP and WMS; help optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and report on inventory KPIs (turnover, shrinkage).
Order Management & Troubleshooting
- Supervise order processing (B2B, DTC, wholesale), ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Resolve order discrepancies (delays, damages) swiftly; liaise with customer service, carriers, and teams.
- Analyze root causes of issues and refine workflows to boost efficiency.
Tour & Pop-Up Logistics
- Lead logistics for tours and pop-ups: coordinate shipping, setup, and breakdown of inventory.
- Partner with event/tour managers to align timelines, budgets, and inventory needs.
- Oversee shipments and coordinate shipments and replenishments to tours.
- Shipping container size planning and management to maximize inventory & cartons shipped on tours and via wholesale
- Manage customs documentation for international shipments and troubleshooting on-site delivery challenges.
Team Leadership
- Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering safety, accountability, and productivity.
- Approve staffing schedules and labor budgets; monitor timekeeping and hourly compliance.
- Conduct daily safety walks; resolve overflow/stockout exceptions and other operational anomalies.
Vendor Leadership
- Negotiate with freight carriers, and suppliers to optimize service and cost.
Process Innovation
- Identify automation opportunities (e.g., barcode systems, WMS upgrades).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Production, Tour and Creative teams to align strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience, ideally in apparel, merch, or consumer goods
- 2+ years hands-on with a WMS (ShipHero, Manhattan, or similar); E-commerce fulfillment experience a strong plus
- Freight/carrier negotiation experience and routing know-how
- Event, tour, or pop-up logistics experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and operational KPI expertise
- Proven ability to create and implement SOPs
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skill
- Comfort in a fast-moving, drop-driven environment where priorities shift with release calendars and tour schedules
Nice to Have:
- Music merch, streetwear, or entertainment industry background
- Experience supporting both B2B and DTC fulfillment from one facility
- Forklift certification; bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
