The Asset Management Analyst will report to senior leadership within the asset management function and play a key role in supporting the performance and growth of a multifamily portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive investment performance and provide strategic insights across the portfolio.
- Conduct financial analysis and asset performance reviews to support business objectives.
- Assist with the management and optimisation of multifamily real estate investments.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Prepare investment, operational and portfolio performance reports for leadership teams.
- Support underwriting, budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Participate in property inspections and site visits to evaluate operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute value-enhancement opportunities
