We are seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee the successful field execution of utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects. This role serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, maintaining project schedules, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional with extensive experience managing large-scale EPC projects and leading multidisciplinary field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.

Lead field operations while ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal project teams.

Conduct daily planning meetings and maintain effective communication with engineering, procurement, and corporate management.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule risks or construction challenges.

Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and environmental requirements.

Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documents to ensure proper execution.

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve field issues and implement design changes.

Manage field documentation including daily reports, progress updates, manpower reports, and production tracking.

Oversee quality control inspections and ensure work complies with project specifications and applicable codes.

Support project forecasting by monitoring labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material availability.

Coordinate commissioning activities and support project turnover to the owner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, utilities, and project stakeholders.

Mentor and develop field engineers, superintendents, and site personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.

Minimum of 7 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years managing utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or heavy civil EPC projects.

Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $20M+.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.

Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors across large construction sites.

Working knowledge of contract administration and change order management.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to project sites nationwide.
