We are a high-growth AI infrastructure company looking for an AI Kernel / Cluster Engineer. We operate large-scale GPU clusters powering enterprise AI training and inference workloads. We move fast, build serious infrastructure, and need people who can own their domain end to end.
About the Role
You will own day-to-day health and operations of live GPU clusters running production AI workloads. This means kernel-level Ubuntu Linux operations, LXC container management, workload scheduling, and monitoring GPU and fabric performance across the cluster. You will be a tier-2 escalation point for complex issues spanning systems, containers, and networking, and will contribute to runbooks and post-mortems to keep repeat incidents low.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in systems engineering or infrastructure with hands-on GPU or HPC cluster ownership
Deep Ubuntu Linux experience at the kernel level - driver management, kernel tuning, OS internals
Hands-on LXC container management in production or near-production environments
Working knowledge of InfiniBand or RoCEv2 fabric health monitoring and diagnostics
Familiarity with NVIDIA tooling (DCGM, UFM, NCCL, CUDA) and scheduling via SLURM or Kubernetes
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) in a cluster ops context is a plus
