Venue Coordinator – Silver Oaks Chateau

Silver Oaks Chateau is a French-inspired wedding and event venue nestled in the hills of Pacific, Missouri. We are currently seeking a Venue Coordinator to join our team and assist with 2–3 weddings per month.
Responsibilities:
As a Wedding Venue Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting final bridal meetings and rehearsals (Rehearsals Thursdays between 4-7 pm, meetings scheduled based on your availability).
- Overseeing the setup and execution of weddings and events hosted at the venue (6-7 hours on Fridays – Sundays based on your availability. Some Friday availability for Sept and October preferred).
- Coordinating with clients to understand their wedding requirements and preferences.
- Assisting clients in selecting floor plans and add-ons offered by the venue.
- Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for couples and families, addressing their inquiries, accommodating special requests, and providing guidance throughout the event.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the final planning process and on the day of the event.
- Coordinating with clients to understand their wedding requirements and preferences.

Qualifications:
- Preferred: Experience in event coordination, preferably in the hospitality or wedding industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and around holidays.
