This is an On-Site Full-Time Hourly Employment in the Turbocharger Department - Teardown, this position will work in disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components. This position will allow you to have a direct impact on the success of the company.

Disassembling, assembling, cleaning, and preparing turbo charger components
-
Package and prepare turbochargers for shipment per customer specifications

Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy

Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions

Collaborate with team to meet daily production and delivery goals

Maintain safety standards, use PPE, and keep workspace clean and organized

Crosstrain across functions as needed

Represent the company professionally and perform additional duties as assigned

Self motivated, problem solver with a positive, teamoriented attitude.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in basic math, English reading/writing, using computers & tech tools.

Wear PPE as required.

Physically capable of bending, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Strong handeye coordination and ability to perform fine motor tasks.

Able to hear and respond to sounds in a noisy environment.
