Job Overview: We are looking for a proven in-home sales closer to meet with homeowners, present remodeling solutions, and close contracts. This is not a cold-calling role - you'll be running pre-scheduled, qualified appointments with homeowners who requested an estimate. You'll receive full product and pricing training, constant support, and guidance, with our production and design teams behind you on every deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run in-home sales appointments with qualified, pre-set leads
- Assess project scope, build trust, and present tailored remodeling solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and close contracts on-site
- Follow up with prospects through our CRM and manage your pipeline
- Hand off signed projects cleanly to our production team
- Represent Ivy Builders with professionalism in clients' homes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of in-home / one-call-close sales experience (required)
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing (required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who performs under pressure without hand-holding
- Reliable transportation and active driver's license (required)
- CRM proficiency a plus
