We are seeking a general labor / tech to join our staff to complete residential and commercial cleaning projects including exterior power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, handyman services, and more. Job Description:
Note: Schedule will generally be Monday thru Friday with some Saturday work as needed. Duties include:
- Completing cleaning projects as assigned (window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus but not required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants!
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed
- Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning
- Clean and professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. consistently
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing

Benefits offered:
- Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance and short-term and long-term disability insurance after 60 days.

Pay:
- After training period, earn up to $20-$25 per hour for commission eligible employees
- Up to $500 signing bonus
- Employees are paid weekly
