About the Role
DNB Renovations is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects throughout New York. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage construction projects from planning through completion.
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control reviews
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams
- Resolve project challenges and maintain project momentum
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate material deliveries and project logistics
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing residential construction projects is required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
