Job Summary
Valoran Roofing & Restoration is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and earning uncapped income.
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to introduce homeowners to our company and schedule free, no-obligation roof inspections for our Roofing Consultants.
Compensation
- $50 for every qualified appointment that is completed
- 4% commission on the total contracted value of any job that closes from your appointments
- Unlimited earning potential
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods by going door to door.
- Speak with homeowners and educate them about our free roof inspections.
- Schedule appointments for our Roofing Consultants.
- Accurately record leads and appointments using our lead management system.
- Communicate scheduled appointments with the sales team.
- Represent Valoran Roofing & Restoration with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet daily activity and appointment goals.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to walk for extended periods outdoors.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
