Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Oversee compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in strategic planning efforts to improve clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and organizational goals.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet operational needs.
- Lead incident investigations, quality assurance initiatives, and corrective actions to uphold safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within healthcare settings or similar environments with a focus on nursing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management.
- Experience in staff supervision, personnel management, and team leadership within a clinical or educational context.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships.
- Previous experience in a leadership role such as School Administrative Director or Academic Leadership is a plus for broader organizational insight.
