Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Assist in menu development and sourcing ingredients from broad-line purveyors and local suppliers.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in classical and modern progressive cuisine.
- Proficiency in protein and fish butchery.
- Experience in kitchen management and menu development.
- ServSafe Manager level certification is required or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
This full-time position offers a starting pay of $900 per week, with benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off for most holidays, a 401(k) plan, and work-life balance.
