Job Summary
We are seeking Unarmed Security Supervisor's to oversee security operations across multiple healthcare facilities for an exclusive client . This role is responsible for maintaining consistent service standards, managing personnel across different sites, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for experienced supervisors who can manage complexity, move between locations, and take full ownership of their assigned portfolio.

Skills
- Supervise security operations across multiple campus buildings and facilities
- Ensure consistent enforcement of post orders, policies, and procedures at all locations
- Conduct routine site visits, inspections, and performance audits
- Serve as primary point of contact for client representatives across assigned sites
- Manage staffing across locations, including call-offs and coverage coordination
- Respond to incidents and provide leadership during escalated situations
- Review and approve reports for accuracy and professionalism
- Train, mentor, and develop officers to maintain high standards across all posts
Requirements
- 2–3 years of security supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage officers and handle basic site operations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
