Summit Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers for Part-Time, field-based opportunities supporting clients in their own homes.

What You'll Do
Depending on the client and assignment, you'll:
- Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance
- Help with meal preparation and daily routines
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Assist with light household tasks related to client care
- Encourage independence
- Observe changes and communicate concerns
- Complete required documentation
- Help clients remain safe and comfortable at home
We're Looking for Caregivers We Can Count On
Experience matters in home care, but so does reliability.
When a client is expecting you in their home, showing up matters. Families are counting on you. Clients are counting on you. And your team needs to know you'll communicate when something doesn't seem right.
We're especially interested in candidates with experience as:
- Home Health Aides (HHA)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- Resident Assistants (RA)
- Nursing Assistants
- Assisted Living or Memory Care Caregivers
- Home Care Professionals
CNA certification is welcomed but not required.
You'll need at least one year of caregiving experience supporting multiple clients, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance, and the ability to travel between client homes.
You'll also need to be comfortable working independently and considering assignments in multiple areas within our service territory.

Summit also offers dedicated bathing and shower visits paying $32.00-$34.00 per visit.
These visits require someone who can enter a client's home, provide safe and respectful personal care, pay attention to changes or concerns, and complete the visit with confidence.
