We are currently seeking a dedicated Baler/Trash associate to join our team.
Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:

Proficient in operating a baler for compacting recyclable materials and waste.

Skilled in handling and disposing of various types of trash and recyclables.

Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines for equipment operation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and environmental regulations.
Working Conditions:

Operates baler and trash disposal equipment in various indoor and outdoor settings.

Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature extremes.

Requires physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing and manual labor.

Adheres to safety protocols for equipment operation and waste handling.
Responsibilities:

Operate baler equipment to compact recyclable materials and waste for disposal.

Monitor baler operations to ensure efficient and safe performance.

Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste.
-
Dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures and guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and equipment.

Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and maintenance needs.

Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental policies.

Assist with other duties as needed, including facility maintenance and janitorial tasks.
Physical Demands:
