Intermark Talent Acquisition is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, working directly with homeowners to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and recommend telecommunications solutions that best fit their needs. No industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do as an In-Home Sales Associate
- Meet with residential customers through in-person interactions.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing AT&T products and services.
- Educate customers on wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions.
- In-Home Sales Associates identify customer needs and recommend the best products and service plans.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- In-Home Sales Associates assist customers with questions, account information, and service options.
- Participate in daily training focused on customer service, communication, and professional development.
