- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Summary:
The Dock Worker / Product Transfer Driver is responsible for safely transporting products between Tribe 9 Foods facilities and off-site storage locations while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position combines local driving responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work, including loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory, and working in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed.
- Perform local product deliveries and transfers between company facilities and storage locations
- Safely operate company-owned 26-foot box trucks (CDL not required)
- Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Verify shipments, transfer orders, and delivery documentation for accuracy
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and transferring inventory
- Support warehouse operations, including refrigerated and freezer storage activities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock environment
- Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
Exposure to warehouse equipment, loading docks, varying temperatures, and manufacturing conditions.
Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
