We are currently seeking working experienced Foremen and Marine Construction Workers to join our growing team in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers areas. Candidates with hands-on experience operating barges and cranes a much in order to apply.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dock or marine construction
- Experience operating barges and cranes (for Foreman positions)
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans/blueprints
- Construct decking using approved materials (treated wood, composite, etc.)
- Pile driving, deck framing, pile wrapping, boat lift installation and cross bracing to support the dock deck
- Must be comfortable and capable of working in the water
- Ensure all structural connections are secure and level
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
