At Sierra Gold Seafood, we take pride in being The Gold Standard in Seafood with a Family Commitment. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in our seafood market and front office.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers, and can confidently juggle administrative responsibilities while helping manage day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily market and office operations
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Help oversee front counter and customer interactions
- Assist with register operation and cash handling
- Help maintain organized systems and workflows
- Support scheduling, paperwork, and operational procedures
- Assist with employee training and maintaining company standards
- Help ensure the market is clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming

- Leadership mindset with a positive attitude
- Customer service experience preferred
- Office/admin experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Good physical condition and ability to stay active throughout the day
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Food industry or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
