- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations, while adhering to cash handling procedures
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems like TOAST POS
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to serve effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
