Licensed Insurance Agent
Location: Apache Junction, AZ
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities may be available
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our office in Apache Junction, AZ. This position is a great fit for someone who is licensed, enjoys helping clients, and is looking to grow in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person. You will assist clients with insurance questions, quotes, policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general service requests.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy questions, and service requests
- Help process applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with clients
- Communicate with insurance carriers, underwriters, lenders, and business partners
- Prepare and send insurance documents, certificates, and evidence of insurance
- Review client information for accuracy and maintain organized records
- Follow up on leads, renewal opportunities, and pending client requests
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Support the office with general insurance and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Active Arizona insurance license required
- Property & Casualty license preferred
- Prior insurance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right licensed candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
- Ability to follow up, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
