Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in NH. 2 – 4 years of experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This role involves managing a workers’ compensation caseload including client consultations, case strategy development, drafting pleadings and motions, representation at hearings, depositions, settlement negotiations, and ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
