**Job Overview:** We are seeking a customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience. **Responsibilities:** - Operate cash register and handle transactions with customers accurately and efficiently - Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate - Collect payments whether in cash or credit - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Keep reports of transactions **Qualifications:** - Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales position is preferred - Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters) - Strong communication and time management skills - Customer satisfaction-oriented - Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly - Multilingual capability is a plus
Must have reliable transportation

Shifts Available: 12:00pm-5:00pm
5:00pm-12:00am
