Position Overview:
As a Server at Tavern on Ten, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service while upholding our high standards of professionalism. Ideal candidates are personable, attentive, and motivated to provide a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
- Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen, and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and stay organized under pressure
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and regularly squat, bend, lift, and stand
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Compensation:
