Position Summary:
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ comfort by training and installing heating and cooling systems in homes throughout the Charleston area. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards we’re known for.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure high-quality installations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues to determine necessary repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Beginner experience as an HVAC Installer, particularly in residential settings.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and safety practices.
- Willingness to learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
