About BTYB
BTYB is a discovery and engagement platform built to help businesses promote themselves through engaging video content. We’re growing our network of businesses and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help introduce businesses to the platform and get them onboarded.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, your goal is simple: find legitimate businesses, introduce them to BTYB, and successfully onboard them onto the platform at no cost to the business with an optional coupon.
You’ll have the freedom to choose how and where you find businesses. You can reach out online through email, social media, direct messaging, or other outreach methods, or visit businesses in person. How you build your pipeline is up to you.
What Counts as a Successful Onboarding?
To qualify for the $50 commission, the business must:
- Be a legitimate, operating business
- Be a new business brought to BTYB through your outreach
- Create a business profile on BTYB
- Upload at least one qualifying piece of business content to the platform
- Meet BTYB’s onboarding and content requirements
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to businesses that could benefit from BTYB
- Introduce business owners and decision-makers to the platform
- Explain the benefits of creating a presence on BTYB
- Use provided promotional offers and coupon codes when appropriate
- Guide interested businesses through the signup and onboarding process
- Help ensure each business completes its profile and uploads its first piece of content
- Develop your own outreach strategy through in-person or online channels
Compensation
This is a performance-based role paying $50 for each successfully onboarded business that meets the requirements above.

There is no set schedule. Work remotely and choose the outreach methods that work best for you.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for self-motivated people who are comfortable communicating with business owners and working independently. Sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition experience is helpful but not required.
This could be a great fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, outgoing, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
