About the Role
We are hiring CDL Class A drivers out of our Kalamazoo, Michigan terminal to run regional dry van and reefer freight across the Great Lakes states. Kalamazoo sits on I-94 between Chicago and Detroit - a high volume freight corridor with consistent lanes running into MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI every week. Steady miles, organized dispatch, and a team that keeps you on schedule from day one. No prior trucking experience required - full training provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual earnings between $78,000 and $95,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,800
- Average weekly mileage: 2,300 – 2,500 miles
- CPM Rate: $0.65 – $0.75
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Home Time

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle
- Transport freight according to scheduled delivery times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections every shift
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience Level: Trainees and Experienced Drivers
- Special Equipment: Dry Van and Reefer
- Endorsements: None required
- Shifts: Both day and night shifts available
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Good safety record and responsible driving habits
- No SAP history | No DUI offenses
- Must reside within 75 miles of Kalamazoo, MI
