Join a well-established civil engineering consulting firm in the Baltimore suburbs that is growing its land development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD professional who enjoys working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects from concept through construction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Civil CAD drafting/design experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience preparing site plans, grading, stormwater, utility, erosion & sediment control, and roadway plans
- Land development consulting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
