50 year+ Service Company has a FULL time position available for an Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and training on site.
- Manage performance of the employees
- Perform janitorial duties as needed
- Quality assurance and inspections
- Customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Ability to work flexible hours: days, nights, and weekends as needed
- At least 2 years staffing, sales, service, and operational experience
- Will be required to travel within the local area to visit customers accounts
- Must be able to pass background and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation including a valid driver’s license
