Job Title: Print Production Level 3
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Job Type: Hourly Consultant
Hours: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM
Pay: 2nd shift - $20.50 pay rate.
3rd shift - $20.80/hr
Essential Functions:
- Operate digital print, color production, high-volume printer, and copier equipment
- Receive, review, and electronically log customer print jobs
- Ensure all contracted customer requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and output issues
- Perform routine operator maintenance on production equipment
- Maintain reporting logs and billing information
- Track, store, and back up customer jobs for future reuse
- Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Support production deadlines and work overtime as required
- Follow established production processes and standard operating procedures
Skills:
- Functional computer knowledge including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and general PC operation
- Ability to send and receive emails and manage electronic files and documents
- Experience using web browsers and sending documents to network printers
- Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
- Basic mathematical skills including multiplication, division, and percentages
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Professional demeanor and strong workplace communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
Experience:
- Previous experience in print production, copy services, mailroom operations, or related production environments preferred
- Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, or digital production equipment preferred
- Experience performing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple production tasks and meet deadlines
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
